Market Entry | Distribution | Licensing
Following initial discussions at Mode In France Seoul, Agni converted a showroom introduction into an active Korea market-entry mandate for French leather-goods house Nat & Nin.
The mandate
Nat & Nin was assessing how to establish an official and durable position in Korea rather than pursue a single season of wholesale orders. Agni was engaged to turn that interest into a structured project with defined commercial, contractual and regulatory workstreams.
From introduction to project kick-off
Agni commenced the Korea workstream with the head office, defining the target partner profile and the conditions required for official market entry. The project now includes identification and assessment of Korean distributors and retailers, partner approach strategy, and the licensing and distribution groundwork required before appointment.

Integrated scope
- Distributor and retailer identification
- Commercial and operational partner screening
- Licensing and distribution structure
- Contract planning and negotiation preparation
- Regulatory review and Korea launch roadmap
Outcome
The mandate marks the transition from event-level interest to a live Korea distribution project with head-office engagement, a defined partner-search process and coordinated execution responsibilities. Agni remains accountable across the workstream as the project moves from partner identification to commercial structuring and launch readiness.
This matter is ongoing. The description reflects the current project stage and does not imply that a Korean distributor has already been appointed.
